If you change your mind about a product you can return it to us. To request a return please email email@example.com with your order ID and reason to return. We will issue you a returns address and number # and please quote this on the invoice that you received in your package .
We accept returns or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be returned with the tags attached (unworn, undamaged and no makeup stains etc). All items will be checked upon receipt and a decision will be made.
Please note you will be responsible for the return delivery costs, and we recommend that you return your item recorded delivery as we cannot be liable for missing returns.
Once your item has been received you will be notified by email and a refund will be processed. Please allow at least 2 days for us to process your return although we strive to do them immediately upon receipt of goods. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your card statement depending on your bank/credit card company.
After 3 months we retain the right to refuse any faulty items.
